Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Zionsville, IN. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, and implementing marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, data collection, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement thru content creation, data analysis and sales collaborations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Research and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Background in Sales and Marketing Strategy, with a proven ability to implement effective campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in utilizing digital marketing tools and platform as well as Spreadsheets & data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, CRMs or other marketing automation tools, Adobe, Canva.
- Experience in manufacturing or custom-engineered parts industries is a plus.
