What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter position at CEOHAVEN?
CEOHAVEN is looking for a motivated Sales Setter to join our growing team. This role will be directly responsible for creating and nurturing new opportunities with both deal partners and potential clients.
- Outbound Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and other approved tools) to run consistent daily outreach following the “Rule of 100.”
- Inbound Lead Handling: Manage all inbound leads from our acquisition sources (paid ads, email, text campaigns) and ensure every lead is quickly contacted, nurtured, and moved to the next step.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify prospects, handle objections, and set appointments for the closer team.
- Consistent Follow-Up: Ensure no lead slips through the cracks — track and report activity daily.
- Previous experience as a sales setter, appointment setter, or SDR required.
- Proven ability to hit activity goals and manage a high-volume pipeline.
- Comfortable with both outbound (cold outreach) and inbound (warm lead nurturing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Commission Hourly pay (task-based role; not a flat hourly position).
