Job Summary:
Chapter Directors play a critical role in the growth and success of CEO Life chapters. They are frontline relationship builders and membership growth specialists responsible for expanding the CEO Life community within their local market. While similar to Chapter Presidents, Chapter Directors do not manage a team—instead, they focus entirely on cultivating relationships, driving membership sales, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
This is a high-impact role for entrepreneurial professionals who want to grow a recurring revenue stream and build long-term career potential within a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Growth:
Drive new member acquisition using CEO Life’s proven marketing systems, including LinkedIn automation, Sales Navigator, direct outreach, and relationship-based selling.
Relationship Building:
Build trust and credibility with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners in your local area to develop a pipeline of qualified prospects
Member Onboarding & Service:
- Personally onboard new members you enroll, help them activate their membership benefits, and stay engaged with the CEO Life app, events, and community.
Event Participation:
- Attend and support the execution of one extraordinary event per month in your chapter, working alongside the Chapter President and Director of Events.
Brand Advocacy:
- Represent CEO Life’s mission—connecting 50,000 leaders globally for business growth, meaningful relationships, and impactful community giving.

Chapter Directors are business builders within our business, with the unique opportunity to create a recurring revenue book of business through every member they bring into CEO Life. Your income directly reflects your impact—earnings grow with each successful relationship you cultivate.
