About The Role

Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Greet clients and visitors at our Marietta office (189 Cobb Pkwy)
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Deposit checks and send receipts to accounting
- Transfer calls, texts, and emails to appropriate team members
- Maintain and update office inventory monthly
- Translate for Spanish-speaking clients
- Update databases and client records
- Prepare care packages for clients and providers
- Assist with new hire swag and equipment setup
- Support firm-wide event planning
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Based in Greater Atlanta, GA with a flexible schedule
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
- Available to work occasional evenings and weekends, with flexibility for last-minute events
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Legal background or studies is a plus
