We’re looking for a Color Compounding Production Manager to lead our color and additive operations, someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in turning complex processes into consistent, high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full color compounding operation, from daily production and team leadership to process optimization and quality assurance. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Product Development to ensure every custom color blend meets our customers’ exact specifications while keeping safety, efficiency, and precision at the forefront.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a talented team of compounders, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily production goals, ensuring consistent quality, color accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D and Quality teams to refine color formulations and resolve production challenges.
- Monitor equipment performance, implement process improvements, and champion operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to support compliance, performance tracking, and production planning.
