Required Qualifications

Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or controls engineering role, supporting large-scale, high-volume production environments.
Technical Skills: A background in manufacturing or controls engineering with experience in automation and equipment troubleshooting is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical devices.
Knowledge of plastic injection molding or metrology equipment.
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
Master Molder certification.
