In-House iPhone Repair Technician

Pay: $16–$20 STARTING, based on experience

Job Description

We are hiring an In-House iPhone Repair Technician for a non-customer-facing, production-style environment. This role requires prior hands-on experience repairing iPhones and the ability to diagnose and resolve component-level hardware failures. Board-level microsoldering is not required, but experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair iPhone hardware issues, including component failures
• Perform iPhone repairs such as:
• Screen replacements
• Battery replacements
• Charging port replacements
• Camera and speaker repairs
• Identify faulty components and replace them as needed
• Fully test devices after repair to ensure proper functionality
• Follow internal repair and handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other facility tasks during downtime (sorting devices, packing, cleaning, basic inventory tasks, etc.)
• Operating polishing machines for cosmetic glass enhancement

Requirements

• Prior iPhone repair experience (required)
• Ability to diagnose and fix component-level hardware failures
• Solid understanding of iPhone components and common failure points
• Ability to perform repairs accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently after onboarding

Preferred (Not Required)

• Microsoldering experience
• Experience in high-volume or refurbishment environments
• ESD-safe handling experience
