Machine Adjuster / Trainee Machine Adjuster

Cenveo | Williamsburg, PA Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule * $23.83/hr shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights). * 2 days and 2 nights required : Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am. * Mandatory Overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season. * Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. Primary Duties * Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines * Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs * Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime * Inspect product quality and minimize waste * Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement * Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely Job Requirements * 5 years envelope machine adjusting experience * Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable * Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs * Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
