What You'll Do
- Facilitate classroom training programs for new hires across multiple departments
- Deliver general company orientation and skills-based training sessions
- Ensure trainees understand company policies, procedures, systems, and Core Values
- Maintain training materials, presentations, and educational resources
- Track trainee progress and provide feedback to leadership
- Assist with ongoing employee development and continuing education initiatives
- Conduct second-stage interviews for prospective employees
- Assist with initial candidate phone screenings when additional recruiting support is needed.
- Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, communication skills, and role readiness
- Call references.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process
- Maintain interview documentation and candidate evaluations
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the recruiting and training process
- Work collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to support company goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to facilitate group discussions and classroom learning

- Proficiency with Google Workspace and presentation software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and willingness to read and apply concepts from recommended professional development books.
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
- Comfortable learning and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance communication, training, research, and workflow efficiency
- Previous training, teaching, coaching, or facilitation experience (preferred)
- Previous recruiting, interviewing, or human resources experience (preferred)
- Experience creating training materials and presentations (preferred)
- Experience working in construction, home services, sales, or customer service environments (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, or related field (preferred)
