Our Sales Philosophy

Every appointment is an opportunity to serve the homeowner, diagnose the exterior, and present the right solution. A roofing appointment may also uncover a gutter, siding, window, or door opportunity. A siding conversation may lead to gutters, windows, or doors. We train our reps to become full exterior consultants, not one-product salespeople. The goal is simple: inspect the home, educate the homeowner, present the right options, and create value.

About The Role

Cenvar is hiring motivated, competitive, customer-focused Sales Representatives who want to take ownership of their income and build a long-term career with a growing exterior remodeling company. This is not an order-taking role. This is an opportunity to operate like an entrepreneur inside a proven company platform. Cenvar provides the brand, lead opportunities, products, financing tools, training, technology, installation support, and operational backing. You own the outcome: preparation, presentation, follow-up, customer trust, and your paycheck. Our sales reps help homeowners make smart decisions about exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance at all times.
• Inspect the home’s exterior: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors (including getting on the roof & entering the attic).
• Maintain your own sales call schedule, calendar, and CRM records with precision and discipline. Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and work your book of business during slower times.
• Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials.
• Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share.
• Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and work with the team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.
• Take ownership of your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and results.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred
• A proactive, self-directed approach to work
• Confidence, persistence, organization, and a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to build trust
• Ability to ask good questions, present solutions, and discuss pricing and financing confidently
• Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and customer opportunities
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
• Physical ability and willingness to walk on roofs, enter attics, take accurate measurements, and follow all safety procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements
• Ability to pass the company’s background-check requirements
  
  

Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who knows how to connect with people, earn trust, and close business.
