Key Responsibilities:

· Build accurate, reliable, and competitive estimates for Traffic Control and Pavement Marking.

· Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.

· Ability to identify, prioritize and balance tasks and activities to ensure estimates are completed and delivered on time.

· Organize and clearly communicate information between clients and field personnel.

· Resolve issues in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in the pavement marking or traffic control industry a plus but not necessary.

· An understanding of trades/construction projects pertaining to reading plans, material, labor, equipment, time requirements and contracts.

· Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.

· Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.

· Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel.

· Customer and contractor facing to provide advice and expertise regarding projects.

· Travel required, as necessary in Wisconsin.

· High school diploma or GED.
