Key Responsibilities:
· Leads crews in job and project management in the shop and on worksites.
· Schedules crews and projects daily.
· Communicates with contractors and other Century teammates as necessary.
· Ensures work is completed safely and efficiently.
· Mindful of budgets in the field and in the shop.
Qualifications:
· Prior construction management experience.
· Superior understanding of blueprints (read and comprehend).
· Knowledge of scheduling work teams and material.
· Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
· Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.
· Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel
· High school diploma or GED.
