What you’ll do:
- Turn and maintain apartments to high standards
- Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Keep common areas clean, safe, and inviting
- Manage inventory and work closely with the property manager
- Work with our entire maintenance crew on an on-call emergency rotation
What we’re looking for:
✅ 2 years of apartment or property maintenance experience is required; HVAC certification is recommended
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Strong repair, customer service, and problem-solving skills
✅ Positive, teachable attitude
