Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, observant, and welcoming Security Concierge for our clients within a luxury residential community. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. You will balance high-end customer service with vigilant security monitoring to maintain a safe, peaceful, and premium living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Greet residents, verify visitor identities, and manage vendor check-ins.
- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarm panels, and building security systems continuously.
- Patrols: Conduct regular foot patrols of hallways, parking structures, and common areas.
- Package Management: Receive, log, and securely distribute resident deliveries and mail.
- Incident Response: Respond immediately to emergencies, noise complaints, and safety hazards.
- Communication: Maintain a detailed daily shift log and write clear incident reports.
- Hospitality: Assist residents with minor requests, direct visitors, and answer front desk phones.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensing: Valid state CT Security License required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in luxury hospitality, residential property, or corporate security.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, conflict resolution, and basic computer literacy.
- Physical: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to [50] lbs.
- Background: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
