Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our community in Lauderhill, FL. The CNA will provide personalized care to residents, assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, and ensure their overall safety and well-being. Additional responsibilities include monitoring health conditions, documenting vital signs, promoting resident independence, and fostering positive relationships with residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene
- Ability to monitor and record vital signs and report health changes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of safety and health regulations in long-term care settings
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and current state licensure
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving
- Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care settings is beneficial
