Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in Carpentry, with in-depth knowledge of tools, techniques, and materials
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and Maintenance practices
- Excellent Communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Understanding of safety standards and best construction practices
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Relevant experience in construction or cabinetry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is an advantage
