Century Industries (ESOP) located in Sellersburg, Indiana, is an established, industry leading designer and fabricator of mobile stages and mobile bleachers for outdoor special events.
Current immediate opening is for a highly motivated mechanical engineer looking for long-term employment.

All products are fully manufactured in-house, from processing parts, welding, paint, wiring, hydraulics, to final assembly.
Job responsibilities:
· Product maintenance of existing products.
· Design improvements of existing products.
· Cost cutting of existing products.
· Creating/updating computer models, shop drawings, electrical/hydraulic schematics, bills of material, and user manuals.
· Fixture design.
· New product development.
Education: 2-year College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent minimum.
Skills: Drafting, computer, technical, communication, and mechanical skills are a must. Structural design/FEA is a plus.
Experience: Autodesk Inventor (or other 3D modeling) and AutoCAD experience required. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Salary based on education, skills, and experience.
Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Thurs 6:30am–5pm (overtime may be required)
