Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
- Balance cash drawers, prepare reports, and document all nightly activities accurately
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and maintaining guest files
