- Provide guidance on technical accounting matters and support implementation of new standards.
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation and elimination processes.
- Partner with cross functional teams to support reporting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives.
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience in complex or multi entity environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with a professional certification required.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience working with enterprise systems and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead processes within a fast paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and developing talent.
