Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounts Payable to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:Process full cycle accounts payable activities including review of invoices and related documents for accuracy.
Prepare information for year end reporting and support tasks related to required tax forms.
Manage a high volume of weekly invoices and ensure timely entry and payment processing.
Maintain organized records and assist with resolving questions related to vendor accounts.
Use accounting systems such as Sage Intacct to support daily accounts payable functions.
Bring strong Excel skills and use functions that support review and accuracy of financial data.
Demonstrate the ability to manage a consistent workload with attention to detail and timely completion.
Follow established procedures and maintain accuracy while processing financial documents.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Show reliability and professionalism in all accounts payable related tasks.
Have experience processing accounts payable in a high volume environment.
Understand basic accounting principles and how they apply to invoice review and payment activity.
Work efficiently in accounting software with preference for familiarity with Sage Intacct.
Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a structured manner.
