We are looking for an experienced Apparel Screen Printing Operator to join our production team in Midland, TX. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating screen printing equipment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can maintain a fast, consistent production pace.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain apparel screen printing equipment.
- Set up jobs, screens, inks, and substrates according to production specifications.
- Produce consistent, high-quality prints while meeting production deadlines.
- Perform quality checks throughout the printing process.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow production schedules and job specifications.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
Qualifications
- Previous professional apparel screen printing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, inks, registration, and print quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a production environment.
- Digital squeegee experience is a plus.
