What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Maintenance Technician (Spanish Hills Club) position at Century Golf Partners Management?
Camaraderie Clubs, a management company started by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, is looking to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for the next generation of Club Member. We own two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club.

It’s an exciting time to join our clubs and we are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spanish Hills Club.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a maintenance position.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must have a caring and professional demeanor and enjoy helping families at a difficult time.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma/GED certification.
- Must be able to work on-site.
- Country Club experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance across various trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for club assets.
- Regularly inspect equipment, noting wear and tear and performing preemptive repairs.
- Lead and participate in emergency preparedness drills and update emergency plans as needed.
- Respond to work orders, coordinating with the Facilities Director and external contractors as necessary.
- Manage and maintain heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Ensure that safety protocols are observed throughout the premises.
- Oversee inventory, reorder cleaning supplies, and maintain records.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Work on special projects as assigned by the Facilities Director or General Manager.
The Maintenance Technician will be required to execute other duties not listed above as assigned by the Facilities Director.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $22.00
- Must be available to work weekends
