Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to provide professional skincare services while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, client-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of service, sanitation, and professionalism.
Experience, Education & Skills Required
- Active esthetician license in good standing
- Prior spa or skincare experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform esthetic services within the scope of licensure, including facials, extractions, waxing, and skincare treatments
- Conduct client consultations and skin analysis
- Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines, and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room
- Accurately document client services
- Promote retail products and service packages
- Follow all company policies and safety standards
Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus during treatments
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Compensation
$16.90 hourly plus 75% commission on service revenue.
