Dining Server

POSITION SUMMARY

The Club at Prescott Lakes is looking for front of the house employees including food and banquet servers.  We are looking for motivated applicants with a positive attitude and willingness to serve our members. Role Description

This is a full time or part time Food Server and Banquet Server role based on-site at The Club at Prescott Lakes. The Food Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K for full time employees

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service but willing to train right applicant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Food handler's certification is a must
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Must be reliable and Dependable
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Position responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

• Ability to speak and hear 
• Close and distance vision 
• Frequent walking with some standing and bending at times 
• Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances 
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs 
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs 
• Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills 
• Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly 

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

• May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on outlet 
• Varied weather conditions are expected 
• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
