POSITION SUMMARY: Bartender
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to provide an outstanding beverage experience for our Members and their Guests. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, professionalism, and hospitality.
As a key part of our team, you will contribute to the success of our Club’s Food and Beverage Operation by ensuring exceptional service, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Your expertise in mixology and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
$8.00 - $11.00 per hour, plus tips
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous bartending experience required.
- A working knowledge of bar related beverages, spirits, wine and beer.
- A working knowledge of the most common cocktails, mixed drinks and specialty drinks.
- Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and Guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide an outstanding level of service, enhancing the overall experience for Members and Guests.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar at all times.
- Adhere to all stocking, cleaning, and operational procedures to ensure bar readiness.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
- Lift 20 lbs. over head.
- Be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Be able to use a point of sale system, computer, calculator, credit card machine.
- High customer volume at times.
Salary : $8 - $11
