The Nelson is widely regarded as one of the premier private clubs in Texas. As the AGM, you aren't just "filling a slot"—you are being groomed for your own Club in the future. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will hold the reins of the club’s most critical departments:

• Food & Beverage: Leading a $5M dynamic operation with seating for over 300, strong tournament and private events and over 200 Member Events per year.
• Club Maintenance & Engineering: Oversee the structural integrity of a world-class facility.
• Member Experience: Serve a vibrant community of 2,100 families with elite privileges, including preferred access to the neighboring Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas.

Who You Are

We are seeking a high-energy professional who balances administrative excellence with a "servant’s heart."

• Education: A four-year college degree is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the Private Club industry, with an emphasis on high-volume Food & Beverage operations and Member Relations (Customer Service) skills.
• Communication: Elite verbal and written skills; you are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on the floor with members.
• Ambition: You have a clear goal to become a General Manager and are looking for the right mentors to help you get there.
