We’re currently seeking a Garage Door Technician / Sales Representative to join our team. In this Dynamic role, you’ll handle both hands-on service work and customer-focused sales—providing reliable solutions that protect homes and businesses while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with garage door systems
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for repairs or replacements
- Identify and present sales opportunities for new products and services
- Complete service tickets and maintain detailed records of work performed
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- Meet or exceed individual performance and sales goals
✅ Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 1 year of experience in garage door repair/installation or a mechanical trade (preferred)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile software for work orders
- Sales experience or strong sales aptitude (preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
