Position Summary
Position is responsible for receiving and distributing supplies in the plant.
Position Details
- Help with receiving all supplies to the plant and putting supplies in proper location.
- Constantly inspect work to ensure highest quality.
- Notify supervisor of any quality problems, such as improper filling.
- Maintain a high production level at a consistent work pace.
- Help unload all trucks of cushions, backfill, and pillows.
- Make sure all supplies are in their proper place at the end of the day.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by your supervisor.
- Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or practices to your supervisor.
- Wear necessary personal protective equipment as required.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to make informed decisions independently and seek guidance/direction when necessary
- Previous receiving in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the company
- Must be able to prioritize duties
