Position Overview
The Business Development Representative will play a key role in solidifying our existing relationships with partners while actively seeking new opportunities for business expansion. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience of engaging with clients and contacts in the food, paper, plastics, packaging, and industrial sectors.
Location Requirement
Given that our primary business focus is on the Midwest, it is essential for the new BDR to reside within this region. This ensures that the representative can effectively support our operations and maintain close connections with our partners.
Compensation and Benefits
We are committed to offering a competitive salary, which will be determined based on the candidate’s experience. Additionally, we provide a lucrative commission program that rewards new business development. Our comprehensive compensation package also includes business travel expenses and healthcare coverage (negotiable).
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
