Century Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in quality work, and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.
š ļø What Youāll Do
- Lead crews installing pipe, fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers according to plans and applicable codes.
- Lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain fire sprinkler piping systems.
- Train and mentor Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques.
- Communicate with designers regarding design changes and material shortages.
- Produce accurate red-line drawings for the design team.
- Communicate project and schedule changes with Field Superintendents and Project Managers.
- Complete daily progress reports and required project paperwork.
- Attend project and coordination meetings as needed.
- Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
- Immediately report water damage, injuries, accidents, or other incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3ā5 years of related fire sprinkler experience and/or training.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and field practices.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer and email skills.
- Clean MVR required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
