The Personal Voyage Consultant - Direct-to-Consumer Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers in booking personalized cruise experiences. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with potential clients to identify their travel needs, recommending suitable packages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Collaboration with team members and maintaining detailed customer records will also be key responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to effectively identify client needs and recommend suitable travel solutions
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities to deliver outstanding client experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and clearly convey information to clients
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed customer records is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site environment
- Prior experience in a sales or travel consulting role is an advantage
