Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our international finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid international accounting experience, be comfortable working in a multicultural environment, and have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. Chinese language skills (Mandarin preferred) are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics for financial data management and reporting
- Handle multi-currency and cross-border transactions
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations
- Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with onboard and shore-based teams across multiple regions
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven international accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (required)
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the river cruise, maritime, or hospitality industry
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
