BRIDGE CARPENTER
Classification: Full Time Seasonal
Compensation: Prevailing Wage or comparable
Location: Montana/North Dakota/Wyoming
Position Summary
Perform as a bridge formwork carpenter in the following scopes of work: Bridge construction, Structural concrete.
Duties
Perform formwork carpentry duties including form construction, form setting and form stripping with various form systems including steel forms and job built wood forms; bridge deck formwork, wall and abutment formwork and footing/foundation formwork
Ability to read and understand plans and drawings
Having a competent understanding of crane rigging and safe rigging practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience required in one or more of the functions discussed above
Experience in concrete placement and finishing is preferred but not required
Ability to run equipment such as excavators and telehandlers is preferred but not required
Valid Driver's License required, Commercial Driver's License helpful
Completion of grade 12 or equivalent preferred
Must meet minimum age requirements
