Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Availability: All LPN/RN positions require rotating weekend shifts
Employment Status:
- Full-Time 32 hours or more per week
- Part-Time Less than 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Record a patient's medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
- Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts
- Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing, etc.
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, etc., clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations, resident rights, and skilled nursing facility standards
- Experience providing direct patient care to geriatric and long-term care populations
- Ability to administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies safely and accurately
- Skilled in monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical documentation
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in accordance with state regulations
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care with a commitment to preserving dignity and quality of life
- Current CPR/BLS certification
