Role OverviewThe Porsche Sales Manager will lead a growing sales team, manage limited allocations, elevate the Porsche client experience, and create brand energy through events and community engagement. This role requires a polished, strategic leader who understands the expectations of the Porsche buyer and can execute at a high level.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Sales Performance
- Lead a performance-oriented Porsche sales team with clarity and accountability
- Desk deals, coach advisors, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain Century Automotive Group’s standards of professionalism and transparency
Allocation Strategy
- Maximize Porsche’s limited allocations and match vehicles to loyal clients
- Promote strong trades and optimize production slots
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Porsche builds, pricing, and configuration
Customer Experience
- Engage personally in high-value and complex deals
- Deliver a premium, concierge-level experience for every Porsche client
- Resolve escalations quickly and professionally
Brand Building & Events
- Host driving events, unveilings, and brand activations
- Build partnerships with local enthusiast communities
- Create long-term excitement for the Porsche brand in Huntsville
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with Porsche and Century Automotive Group standards
- Track performance metrics and improve close rates
- Collaborate with service, marketing, and leadership teams
Experience
- Minimum 1 year Finance Manager (F&I) experience
- Minimum 3 years Sales Manager experience (luxury preferred)
- Porsche experience or strong familiarity with the brand is highly preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication
