Century Assembly is seeking a Maintenance Crew Assistant to help support the care and upkeep of our campus facilities, apartments, and grounds. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and functional environment for our ministry and community.

Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs for church buildings and apartments.
- Help with landscaping and campus beautification.
- Support setup/teardown for ministry events.
- Follow safety guidelines and church policies.
- Work closely with and follow the direction of the Maintenance Crew Lead and Assistant Pastor.
Qualifications
- General knowledge of facility and grounds maintenance.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying equipment.
