We are looking for a motivated real estate professional ready to learn the art of lead generation, conversion, and closing. This Inside Sales opportunity offers rewarding commissions and hands-on training to help you develop the skills, tools, and confidence to become a successful Listing Agent.

You will connect with motivated buyers and sellers, build relationships through consistent follow-up, and learn proven systems for finding and securing new business. With guidance from experienced mentors and team leaders, you’ll master the daily habits that drive results and long-term success in real estate.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $100,000

This position is ideal for someone who wants a clear path for growth and the structure to build a strong foundation before stepping into listings.

$100,000 at plan commissions

• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
