Real Estate Assistant (Full-Time, Myrtle Beach SC)
Position: Full-Time Real Estate Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC (In-office role)
Compensation: $16–$17 per hour (depending on experience) Closing Bonuses
Bonus Structure: $75–$100 per closing (performance-based)

We are a fast-growing real estate team in the Myrtle Beach area, closing 60–75 transactions per year. Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated assistant to help manage daily operations, client communication, listings, and transactions.

Responsibilities
Training provided—real estate experience is a plus but not required.
DAILY TASKS:
Client Servicing & Communication (Primary Responsibility)
- Respond promptly to client emails, text messages, and phone calls
- Provide routine client updates, including weekly check-ins on listing activity, showing feedback, transaction status, and next steps
- Ensure clients always know what is happening, what’s coming next, and what is needed from them
- Maintain a professional, warm, and helpful communication style
- Track client needs and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure nothing is missed
Agent-to-Agent Communication
- Respond to inquiries from other real estate agents regarding our listings
- Provide prompt answers about property details, showing availability, HOA information, rental rules, and disclosures
- Follow up with agents after showings to collect feedback
- Coordinate availability for showings and communicate instructions clearly
- Maintain strong relationships and professional communication with cooperating agents
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Organize and update client files
- Prepare contracts, disclosures, listing paperwork, and closing documents
- Update the CRM with notes, timelines, tasks, and status changes
- Assist with MLS input, listing updates, and uploading required documents
- Coordinate property photos, staging, inspections, appraisals, and contractor appointments
Compensation
Hourly Pay:
$16–$17 per hour, based on experience and skill set.
Closing Bonus Program:
* $75–$100 per closing
- Expected annual bonus: $5,625–$6,250
Total Potential Annual Earnings:
$38,905 – $41,610
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with computers (training provided)
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Must work in-office Monday–Friday
- Must have reliable transportation
