Real Estate Property Manager
Location: Saginaw, MI – CENTURY 21 Signature Realty
Salary: $40,000 - $90,000 (Base Uncapped Commissions)

You will start by assisting in the management of a small existing portfolio while actively working to expand our footprint. Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Growth: Actively prospect and sign new property owners to our management
services.
- Leasing & Marketing: Oversee property listings, conduct showings, and vet high-quality
tenants.
- Owner Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, providing financial
reporting and property updates.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate maintenance and capital improvements to protect the
asset's value.
- Compliance: Ensure all files, deposits, and evictions are handled in accordance with
state law and brokerage policy.
Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License (Required)
- 2 years of experience in residential property management
- Proven track record of portfolio growth or sales
- Exceptional communication skills—you’re the "face" of the brokerage to our owners
