Overview
The Sales Manager at CENTURY 21 Scheetz plays a key leadership role in driving office
production, recruiting and retaining high-performing agents, and fostering a culture rooted in growth, collaboration, and community impact. Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Recruitment & Retention
- Attract and recruit new and experienced sales agents aligned with our culture and goals.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to build a high-performance, loyal team.
- Conduct onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and quick integration for new agents.
2. Office & Agent Production
- Achieve annual office production and net agent count goals per company matrix.
- Understand individual agent goals and provide coaching, training, and resources to help them succeed.
- Host regular 1-on-1s to review agent performance and ensure alignment with production goals.
- Promote and integrate our mortgage and title services to drive capture rates and enhance client and agent experience.
3. Training, Recognition & Culture
- Lead weekly sales meetings and agent training sessions focused on growth and
performance.
- Celebrate individual and team milestones including production awards, birthdays,
anniversaries, and life events.
- Maintain and distribute a monthly calendar of office activities and training opportunities.
4. Transaction & Office Management
- Review and approve listing agreements; ensure complete file reviews in Dotloop.
- Resolve client issues and transaction conflicts quickly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance and manage risk—report potential legal matters to EVP in a timely manner.
- Oversee and support office administrative staff and maintain a clean, efficient office
environment.
5. Personal & Professional Development
- Attend all Sales Manager and L-10 meetings.
- Participate in company and community events, including through the C21 Scheetz
Foundation.
- Commit to ongoing learning and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Operational, budgetary, and conflict resolution skills
- Prior management experience (preferred)
- Commitment to continuous growth—personally and professionally

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
