A busy north side real estate office is seeking a motivated and driven Accounting Specialist to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Processing commission payments
- Accurately entering deposits
- Processing accounts receivable payments
- Completing daily banking activities
- Posting journal entries
Skills & Qualifications:
- Thorough and accurate with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to work independently, as a team, and with other employees and managers
- Superior time management and able to prioritize work tasks
- Able to problem-solve and employ abstract reasoning skills
- Takes initiative to ask questions and determine the correct course of action
- Consistently exceeds department standards in applying learned processes and procedures efficiently and effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
