As we continue expanding our Lending Partner Network, we are seeking a driven, professional Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) Recruiter to help us attract talented, experienced loan officers who can support our rapidly growing agent base.

Position Overview
Your role is to recruit experienced MLOs, mortgage brokers, and lending partners who can thrive within our high-volume luxury environment. You’ll showcase our significant referral potential, elite brand positioning, and modern technology stack—including ARIVE, one of the most advanced loan origination systems available today.

We are specifically seeking someone who has hands-on experience with ARIVE, understands loan origination, and ideally is already a licensed MLO.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit licensed loan officers, mortgage brokers, and lending teams through calls, networking, social media, and targeted outreach.
• Highlight the benefits of joining our platform, including:
• Immediate access to 2,000 real estate agents for potential loan referrals
• Integration with ARIVE LOS for fast, modern loan origination
• High trust, high professionalism environment connected directly to the top agents in our brokerage
• Strong alignment with our luxury branding and high-performance real estate culture
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with high-level lending professionals.
• Manage follow-up processes and pipeline organization.
• Assist new recruits with onboarding—including ARIVE setup and system support.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet monthly and quarterly recruiting goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with ARIVE (required or strongly preferred)
• Loan origination experience required
• Licensed MLO strongly preferred
• Prior experience recruiting mortgage professionals is a plus
• Strong understanding of lending processes, mortgage products, and broker channel workflows
• Exceptional communication: polished, persuasive, and professional
• Highly organized and self-driven in a fast-paced environment
