Responsibilities:
- Outreach: Proactively contact agents through cold calls, direct messages, and emails to introduce CENTURY 21 Edge and start conversations about career opportunities
- Relationship Building: Cultivate a network of real estate professionals at all career stages through consistent networking, follow-up, and genuine connection
- Community Presence: Represent CENTURY 21 Edge at industry events, real estate schools, and professional gatherings to increase visibility and generate leads
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates at various stages, with systematic tracking and strategic follow-up
- Recruitment Events: Plan and execute compelling recruitment events that showcase our culture and value proposition
- Interviews & Closing: Conduct engaging interviews, address objections confidently, and guide candidates through the decision-making process to signing
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to refine our approach and effectively counter alternatives
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development with demonstrated success in relationship-building and closing
- Comfort and competence with cold calling and direct outreach techniques
- Real estate industry experience or knowledge required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quantifiable goals in recruitment or sales roles
- Exceptional communication skills that adapt to different personalities and experience levels
- Self-motivation and drive with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
