We are seeking a Social Media & Video Content Creator to manage, create, and execute engaging content for our office and real estate agents. This role is perfect for someone who loves filming, editing, and staying on top of social media trends.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute social media content for the office and agents
- Film video content (reels, TikToks, listing videos, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Assist agents with personal branding content
- Post and schedule content across multiple platforms
- Collaborate on content ideas and marketing campaigns
- Attend occasional property tours or office events for content capture
Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Comfortable filming people and directing basic video shots
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Interest in real estate or marketing is a plus
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Photography or drone experience
- Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
