This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Oriented Broker, located in Downers Grove, IL. The Growth Oriented Broker will oversee and lead a team of real estate professionals, develop strategies to expand market share, coach agents to achieve sales targets, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. The role includes fostering client relationships, conducting market analyses, and providing leadership to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.
