Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Boiling Springs, SC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with current and past clients, and managing listings through MLS and other marketing platforms. The role also involves performing market analyses, staying current on local real estate trends and regulations, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals. Agents are expected to use Century 21 Blackwell & Company tools, training, and resources to deliver high-quality, ethical, and responsive service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in South Carolina or be willing and eligible to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, contracts, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with real estate technology tools (MLS systems, CRM software, online listing platforms) and standard office software.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for showings, meetings, and open houses.
