Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Working warm leads through to closed transactions.
- Running buyer and seller consultations, showings, and expectation-setting.
- Keeping your CRM current — notes, tasks, follow-ups.
- Guiding clients through listings, offers, and negotiations.
- Growing your personal brand while riding the team's overall momentum.
What You Bring:
- A South Carolina real estate license (active, or actively in progress).
- Strong people skills and a service-first approach.
- Openness to learning new systems and staying organized.
- Genuine drive and consistent follow-through.
