Transaction Coordinator:
Join a growing company with a great team of transaction coordinators. This position is for a Transaction Coordinator for our Century 21 Blue Marlin Pelican Offices in the Panhandle of Florida.
The transaction coordinator is responsible for providing a top-level, concierge service to agent and clients. Responsible for handling all transactions from Contract-to-Close as well as pre-escrow and disclosures.
A self-motivated, dedicated professional with strong interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions. Must maintain active real estate license in the State of FL. If not currently licensed and a great fit as a candidate, we will pay your initial licensing fees to obtain.
Per Transaction Bonus Opportunity:
Transaction Coordinator will make $50 per closed transaction they fully handle as requested by the agent in addition to salary.
Quarterly Bonus Opportunity:
Ability to make up to $2,500 per year in Quarterly Bonuses based on Office Goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Transactions
- Accountable to ensure stellar client care process, through excellent communication with sellers, buyers, agents, attorneys, mortgage officers and managers.
- Accountable for providing transaction support for all agents assigned
- Accountable for coordinating and communicating timely and effectively between agents, buyers, sellers, escrow/backend accounting, appraisers, inspectors, and brokers on all assigned transactions
- Accountable to ensure compliance and review all paperwork for accuracy
- Accountable for updating and managing the transaction within the software
- Accountable for managing and assisting buyers and sellers with all disclosures for every transaction, when needed
- Drive timelines according to each transaction
- Communication with opposing agents for timely submittal of required documents in order to get the best possible outcome for the client
- Assist the Agent with the signing process with buyers and sellers, if necessary
- Provide agent/manager with updates throughout the transaction process through documenting in the software and verbal or via email or text, if necessary
- Maintain flow between workload of agents at several offices possibly
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy is an extremely important part of the job
- Maintain task completion within the software in a timely manner as determined by management
- Handle banking for deposits and commissions in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide assistance to agents within the office to get them proficient in the transaction software as a backup to the training department
- Accountable for any and all other assigned projects and tasks within the office or company
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- Must be a self-starter, organized and willing to go the extra mile for your agents.
- Knowledge of Real Estate office procedures and administration
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion in handling personal matters and sensitive financial information
- Computer literate and excellent in time management
- Real Estate Experience is required. Must maintain an active real estate license in the State of FL. If not currently licensed and a great fit as a candidate, we will pay your initial licensing fees to obtain.
