What does a Real Estate Sales Associate do?
As a Real Estate Sales Associate with Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day is built around people and deals. You will prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking. You will schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer all the way to closing. Real Estate Sales Associates at our Northfield office also participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.

Requirements
