What does a job as a Century 21 Real Estate Sales Associate look like?As a Century 21 Action Plus Realty Real Estate Sales Associate, you will begin getting leads right away. You will nurture your leads by calling, texting, and emailing them. As your leads become clients, you will walk your clients through the home buying and/or selling process. You will attend regular training to develop your professional skills as a Real Estate Sales Associate. Sales associates network, become involved in their communities, market, schedule appointments, locate and research homes, tour homes, show homes, negotiate real estate deals, complete contracts, and maintain relationships with people.
What are the requirements? No experience is necessary. You must be 18 years old and obtain your real estate license in the state of New Jersey. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
