Essential Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and progress.
- Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning sessions.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards.
- Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule impacts.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and third-party agencies.
- Review and manage punch list activities and project closeout requirements.
- Assist with project turnover, owner training, and warranty documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Safety Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections.
- Ensure all subcontractors maintain compliance with project-specific safety plans.
- Investigate and document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Maintain a culture where safety remains the highest project priority.
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
